Happy Valley City-Wide Open House

The City of Happy Valley, along with local Realtors and builders, are holding the 1st Annual “City of Dreams” this Saturday the 30th from noon to 5pm.

The City of Dreams will be the BIGGEST FREE City-wide tour of for sale properties in Oregon. There are some amazing deals in Happy Valley and there has never been a better time to buy your dream-home. There are currently 197 foreclosures in Happy Valley’s zip code, and another 174 bank-owned properties. Future home buyers will be able to view hundreds of open houses for sale in every price range in and around the Happy Valley area.

The self-guided tours will begin Saturday, May 30th from noon to 5:00 pm. The tour will start at the Happy Valley City Hall, located near Happy Valley Town Center, at 16000 SE Misty Drive, Happy Valley, OR 97086.
